Shipping Policy
1. **Order Processing Time**
All orders will be processed and shipped within **1–4 working days** after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be handled on the next working day.

2. **Delivery Area & Shipping Fee**
We only ship to **Indonesia**. Standard international shipping fee applies to all orders.

3. **Estimated Delivery Time**
Total delivery time = Processing time + International transit time
Estimated arrival: **10–18 working days** to Indonesia.
Delivery delays may happen due to customs clearance, weather or local logistics issues.

4. **Package Tracking**
A valid tracking number will be sent to your email once parcel dispatched. You can track logistics status online at any time.

5. **Customs & Duty Fees
Small parcels within Indonesia tax-free threshold enjoy duty-free import.
Buyers shall bear extra customs duties & VAT if packages exceed tax limit.
We are not responsible for customs confiscation caused by non-compliant goods.

6. **Prohibited Items**
Second-hand clothes, unlabeled leggings, counterfeit products are strictly prohibited from import to Indonesia. Such parcels will be detained or destroyed.

7. **Undeliverable Packages**
Undeliverable parcels due to wrong address, unreachable contact or buyer refusal will not be re-shipped. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. **Applicable Law**
This policy is governed by **Laws of the People’s Republic of China**.
